We supply flags of all types and deal in Sports goods & clothing pertaining to Cricket, Golf, Badminton and Field Hockey.

 We are 51% Kuwaiti 49% Indian based company with a paid up capital of KD. 500,000.000.

We have two locations one in Sharq, Kuwait and another in Dajeej area, Farwaniya.

We have been the preferred suppliers of uniforms, flags and tailors to governmental agencies, hotels and catering companies, hospitals corporate sector and schools of Kuwait.

History

We are a long established reputed and well known company in Kuwait dealing in Uniforms for and Police, Army, Schools, Scouts, Catering and Industrial establishments since 1950 by Late Mr. Om Prakash Bhasin. In 1980 because of the changes in Commercial Laws of Kuwait, the sole promoter business was converted into a limited liability company with KD.20,000 as its Capital.

The newly incorporated company was owned by;

·        Mr. Faraj Mubarak Al Ajeel:  51%

·        Mr. Om Prakash Bhasin:  19%

·        Mr. Shivy Bhasin:  15%

·        Mr. Hemant Kumar Bhasin:  15%       

With Mr. Om Prakash Bhasin as the Managing Director. In 1981, after the death of Mr. Om Prakash Bhasin, his eldest son Mr. Shivy Bhasin was appointed the Managing Director.

The company grew in this period and by 2001 the paid up capital of the company was increased to KD. 100,000.000 in 1982 and the ownership pattern as;
